Carpe Diem

hello world ! 5 days vacuum in writing, it's seems like my fingers get freeze okay, let see what's my story... day 6 - we rent a car and go around Bali, from Bedugul-Tabanan-Tanah Lot-Kuta-Jimbaran. we shopping a lot and refreshing much more. there's some more fun with take photos in Kuta beach and walk along the beach, enjoy the sands between our feet and wind that flows among our laugh. unfortunately, the sunset was hide beyond the cloud into the horizon. we can't see the sunset but it was okay. another day I'll come back and see it with others with more happiness :) day 7 - it was rain outside, and I prepared myself in early morning so I could go to church. i was late just a second to stop the minibus so I had to wait about ten minutes for the next minibus. it was very cold and windy. I came late to the church, but it's okay... on the way home, i decide to walk neither to take a taxi, but i'm lost. I walked so long and I came back to the church. huh.

hoooooooray, sterilization process were done! actually today shall not doing any works but we have to done the job so next Monday we can make the culture medium. funny story today is, a woman come to the laboratory and asked me to help her asking everyone around the lab which they see her green ring which loss in the toilet. fortunately i understand what she says and i can say something to answer it... English is important dude! heheee well, after that we're go to Candikuning's traditional market at evening. we found a store which sell handmade craft, crave, and batik. there we bought many, and i spent 250.000 rupiahs to buy a vintage Bali's bag for my sister, 2 dresses for my little cousin, a shirt for my auntie, and a dress for mine... :) and now i will prepare for tomorrow. would it be wonderful?? we'll see.... i hope it great :)

so, this is WORK. these two days I knew what is WORK-world... if I get myself busy with one thing and i don't want any other people disturbing, if i get myself to much to think about what should i do next and what's the appropriate... i hope tomorrow and the more next days are more happier and full of new experiences like these days, i got my self busy and shameful because i can't open the manual autoclave. 2 years study biology in department of biology IPB, i always use the modern autoclave, the automatic ones. here, we have to use hammer to open it and had to set the alarm to know when we have to turn it off....wheeeeewww, a shameful! well.. i'm glad that i can contributing my self for this place and for science. start from now, i will open your mind that Indonesia is a reach country of flora, and it's spread in so much places in east region of this country as the garden's respect for. another day i shall show you what Indonesia's have and what Indo

I live it and always try to confident, so today I nearly live my life as I imagine before :) Morning breeze, very cold outside, but I forced my self to take a bath then prepare for first day job. ....wiew!, we still come late. The annual ceremony of the month has started and everyone staring at us. Then we walk around until the ceremony done, then everything's begun....... We're introduced to our lecture, visit the laboratory and the researcher, then we continuing walk around the garden. After that.... go out for launch, take a nap, then take a rest...hahaha one important thing you must know is: it is a beautiful place. i hope i can bring my families to go picnic here :) Tomorrow we're invite to the family gathering and we'll see what will happen tomorrow :)

Hello, after a busy semester, finally it done! but i don't know my grades yet...well. i'm not really care about that now. now, I am at Bali Botanic Garden, Bedugul , Bali, Indonesia, for the summer internships program :D many friends said i'm so lucky to have been here. I planned to learn about medicinal plant, flower - Rhododendron , plant tissue culture and all about conservation strategy in botanic garden. Actually, i'm not really understand yet. Yesterday I leave Surabaya by travel-bus at 8 pm (WIB), then we're arrive at Ketapang harbour at 4.00 am (WIB). After an hour through Selat Bali, we're depart to Gilimanuk harbour at 6.20 am (WITA). then... my travel-bus stop at Mengwi terminal, so I had to rent a taxi to go to Bali Botanic Garden, and I arrived about 10.30am (WITA).
